Is it a good idea to go to DeVry University straight out of high school?

I’m currently a senior in high school, and I’ve applied to all major universities here in Arizona. I want to apply to smaller universities/colleges such as University of Phoenix & DeVry University. Would it be a good idea to go straight into one of those schools right out of high school? Thanks for all the help.

I was to do an online engineering class from Devry. The school itself is acredited but the online course is not acreddited.
I dont know what to do. seeking your opinion?

Does the Bachelors Degree have to be from an accredited university? I ask this because an Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Grad Advisor at a university told me I could not become a member of an undergrad chapter because DeVry is not an accredited university.

Do employers honor degrees from University of Phoenix and Devry like a degree from atraditional college?

I’m working full time (average about 48 hours a week) and i’m taking 9 hours (which is all i can take) at a traditional university at the moment. My job is a temporary and i’m trying to finish school to have a back up plan so taking only 9 hours a semester is going to take me about 3 years to finish, which may be too long. So anyways University of Phoenix and Devry would allow me to get a degree a lot faster but i’m not sure if many employers would hire me. By the way I want to obtain a degree in Finance or Information Technology. And pursue a career as a Real Estate Broker, Loan Originator/Officer, Financial Advisor, or Database Manager.

I’m applying to a few more reputable schools for my Graduate studies and I noticed most require a bachelors degree from a 4 year institute as part of their admissions process. Does a degree from Devry count? I graduated with a BS in Technical Management and my overall GPA was a 3.78.
