I am a little skeptical about the school and was hoping to hear from some DeVry Alumni? I’m also trying to find a decent place to live close by, since I hear their student housing isn’t the best. Any suggestions would be very helpful to me. Thanks.

No. I think you are better off going to a state university or community college, then a university. Schools like DeVry are for-profit schools, but the quality and value of their degrees are virtually garbage. I had a customer tell me that she spent so much money, which was about equal to a new, high class top of the line Benz on a for-profit university and then the degree turned out to be worthless.
For profit universities generally aren’t worth it for many people, since to them, money comes first, not education.
